The prime 12343 was found by Languasco and Zaccagnini who have studied 12343 independent relations over a total number of 17453 ones while computing the Mertens and Meissel-Mertens constants for sums over arithmetic progressions. Note that 17443 and the reversal of 12343 are both semiprimes. [Post]
