The largest known Mersenne prime exponent whose digits are all odd. Bryant Tuckerman found *M*(19937) using an IBM 360/91 computer in 1971. The number 19937 is also a circular prime.

The commonly used variant of Mersenne Twister, MT19937, is a pseudorandom number generator designed to have a period of 2^19937-1.
