GIMPS has discovered a new largest known prime number: 2^{82589933}1 (24,862,048 digits) The only number of the form p^q(p+q^q), where q=p+1 and p and q are both primes. [Hunter] 232^(2*3*2)+2+3+2 is prime. This is the largest threedigit nonzero number with this property. There are only two such numbers, the other being 187. [Opao]
