GIMPS has discovered a new largest known prime number: 2^{82589933}1 (24,862,048 digits) The sum of the prime factors of 714 is 2 + 3 + 7 + 17 = 29, and the sum of the prime factors of 714 + 1 is 5 + 11 + 13 = 29.
