GIMPS has discovered a new largest known prime number: 2^{82589933}1 (24,862,048 digits) The largest known example such that 379!  1 and 379# + 1 are both primes. [Gupta] The smallest multidigit prime consisting of distinct digits such that its largest digit is equal to the largest digit of the sum of its digits.
